To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

All the chains of the necklaces can be customized simply sending me a message with your preferences.
Rings and bracelets can be sent back for re-sizing. The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. As soon as the piece is ready, it will be shipped via Standard Delivery.
CARING FOR STERLING SILVER
Sterling silver jewellery, if not worn for long periods of time, may develop a patina, which can be easily removed with a silver polishing cloth, available in all diy stores.
If you want to “do it yourself”, here's a way:
***wet the silver piece in water, apply a small amount of fluoride toothpaste on the silver.
Rub the toothpaste into the silver slowly, keeping it wet. Rub it until the toothpaste turns into a greysh dark colour.
Let it sit for about 2 minutes.
Wash away the toothpaste.
The silver will show immediate improvement***

It will naturally start to fade over time with wear and handling, enriching the piece with a unique antiqued finish.
